Sunday Long Run

 

The Sunday Long Run will start back up on January 5, 2024!

The Sunday Long Run (SLR) meets at 8:00 AM at the basement of Runner’s Edge. The long run will be self supported, but use loop courses so participants can return to the (warm) basement for their aid. Whether you are training for a spring race or trying to build miles to start your Missoula Marathon training, this group is perfect for runners looking for comfort on some darker, cold Sunday  mornings!
